Maintenance and cleaning of the die
To prolong its duration and ensure proper operation.
Correction
They repair the breakages derived from use and wear and tear in addition to maintaining the conservation of the measurements of the plan.

Dimensional Reports
- 2D – Extrusion Report: They verify the geometry of the extruded profile from the laboratory to validate that the physical sample in aluminum matches the design approved by the client and technical office.
- On request: A 3D dimensional report is made for the study of cuts and machining
Certification of production processes
- ISO 9001: standard that certifies the management system for the extrusion of aluminum profile.
- ISO 14001: standard that allows the implementation of an environmental management system for production processes.

- Offshore: Extrugasa is an approved supplier, the profiles for the naval sector have Marine&Offshore certification, BV MODE II SCHEME.
- CE marking: Extrugasa is EN 15088 certified, so it can certify profiles with structural application and subjected to load.
