Bending of aluminium profiles
Mechanical process by which an aluminium profile, through a bending system, is plastically deformed without breaking and preserving its characteristics.
Capabilities
- Maximum bending length: 14 m
- Maximum dimensions: 300mm wide and 500mm high.
Aluminum welding
For more specific products, we also offer welding service thanks to the use of heat and/or compression.
Parts Referencing
If a project is complex and it is necessary to identify the parts, we have referencing machines that work on the surface of the profiles or parts, differentiating them with numbers or letters.
Accessories
At Extrugasa we have different accessories in our facilities and, if something more specific is required in terms of design, our team studies it and requests it from the supplier.
