This project is based on factors such as:

- Standardization and industrialization of a complete metal construction system that allows for faster on-site assembly and construction of homes, as well as allowing multiple forms in terms of design.
- The manufacture of an airtight enclosure and mostly in aluminium, with continuous insulation. Envelope that performs a triple function: load-bearing, with a ventilated façade and roof and solar collector. They thus developed a bioclimatic design with the use of natural resources to minimize environmental impact and energy consumption.

Walluminium
It is a new modular construction system in extruded aluminium with Passivhaus Certificate. A system that integrates the triple load-bearing function, ventilated façade/roof and solar collector. It allows the load-bearing envelope of the building to be completely finished towards the outside. It is a patented extruded aluminum panel, created for the application of passive architecture strategies: eaves formation, absence of thermal bridges, airtightness, sloping roofs, setbacks.
